We know that sometimes things might not be purr-fect, so we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as easy as wagging a tail! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. We want every product to be as magical as you expected!
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our pet-loving team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (like a defective item).
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item right away! For refunds, please see the section below.
Refund Timeline and Method
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours and may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep everyone safe and healthy, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Christmas Candies & Gift Sets: These are consumable products and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Pet Costumes & Accessories: If these items have been worn or used, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene concerns. But if they’re defective or unused, we’re happy to help!
If you receive a defective or incorrect item from these categories, please contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right!
