Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring the magic of holidays to pets everywhere! Here’s how we get your goodies to you:
- Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We’re quick like a cat pouncing on a toy!
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing. We’ll provide tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey!
Returns & Exchanges Promise
We want you and your pets to be thrilled with your festive finds! If something isn’t purr-fect, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our pet-loving team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and item details.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a return authorization number and shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item).
- Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item right away! For refunds, see below.
Refund Timeline and Method
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours and may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
To keep everyone safe and healthy, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Christmas Candies & Gift Sets: These consumable products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Pet Costumes & Accessories: If worn or used, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene concerns. But if defective or unused, we’re happy to help!
